My Favorite… Spiral Pattern
Patterns are interesting to me… both visual and behavioral. A favorite pattern of mine is the spiral. It beautifully combines both a visual concept and a behavioral concept. As an art therapist I know the spiral pattern is one of opposites, depending on the movement. Is the movement towards the center, suggesting an inward focus? Is the movement towards the perimeter, suggesting an expansive focus?
And so… the pattern represents the behavior. Interesting?

The spiral pattern is one I’m attracted to, just like you. Just walked a labyrinth which took me inside to a maze I kept hidden for many years. Good to walk this pattern and to follow the thread to where it leads me . . .
