I have found myself lately saying I am a student. Awhile ago I did consider myself to be a teacher, not teaching formally in a classroom, but taking on graduate level art therapy interns and being the expert on creating programs. My first level Reiki training by Hallie Sawyers was instrumental in a shift from teacher to student. My interest in all things ethereal is insatiable. STUDENT (Disciple, Devotee, Follower, Apprentice) The Student archetype suggests a pattern of constant learning, an openness to absorbing new information as an essential part of one’s well-being (Sacred Contracts by Caroline Myss, pg. 416).
